Introducing a high-performance electric scooter motor designed for racing and light electric vehicle (LEV) applications in dual-motor setups, engineered for high power density, durability, and serviceability.

At its core, the motor features a 127mm stator paired with a 70mm N52SH-grade magnet rotor, delivering strong torque output and excellent thermal stability under sustained load. The rotor uses a 40-magnet configuration with precision electromagnetic design, ensuring smooth torque delivery, responsive acceleration, and stable high-speed performance.

It is built with 12mm² phase cables and an ultra-low ~8 mΩ phase resistance, enabling efficient high-current operation with minimal electrical losses. The motor is rated at approximately 34 KV, providing a strong balance between acceleration and top-end speed for racing applications.

Electrically, the system is designed for a rated voltage of 80V, at which it achieves a 10 kW rated output power under continuous thermally safe conditions. It supports up to 500A phase pulsed current and around 200A battery current, depending on controller setup and thermal limits. These current levels are temperature-dependent and must be managed through proper tuning and thermal protection.

For safe operation, the motor is equipped with an integrated NTC temperature sensor, allowing real-time thermal monitoring and enabling controller-level protections such as current derating or shutdown in extreme conditions.

The design incorporates curved magnets (WP = curved profile magnets), improving magnetic flux distribution, reducing cogging torque, and enhancing smoothness and efficiency under load. Build quality is fully in-house engineered, focusing on precision assembly, durability, and consistent racing performance.

A key feature is the detachable rim system, allowing quick and easy tire installation and maintenance. The motor is tubeless-ready and optimized for PMT racing tires, thanks to its 6.5-inch rim diameter and 65mm width geometry.

Despite its compact 70H architecture, this motor delivers performance comparable to larger 90H 127mm-class motors, such as reference designs like the Lonyo 127mm series, while offering improved agility and broader tire compatibility.

This motor is intended strictly for light EV applications in dual-motor configurations, where high efficiency, thermal management, and racing-level responsiveness are essential.
